As I searched for answers and ways to better support my health, I started looking more closely at my everyday environment. What I discovered was eye-opening. That curiosity turned into research, and research turned into action. I began making small but meaningful changes at home, swapping out everyday products for safer, more thoughtful alternatives. What started as a personal journey toward healthier living quickly grew into a passion for helping others do the same.
